Does a chain come with my pendant?
Most of our pendants include a complimentary 18-inch chain — gold-filled, silver-filled or sterling silver, depending on the piece. Each listing says which chain comes with it.
Gold or Gold on Silver?
Gold pendants are 10K gold with 12K rose and green gold leaves. Gold on Silver pendants are sterling silver with the same 12K leaves — the same look at a lower price.
How many stones can a family pendant hold?
From 1 up to 14. The Generational Tree holds up to 14, the Family Tree holds 2 to 8, and the heart, vine and cross styles hold up to 6 or 7.
Genuine or synthetic birthstones?
Genuine stones are natural gems; synthetic stones are lab-created. On our family pendants their starting prices are within $4 of each other, so choose the look you like best.
How long does a family pendant take?
Family pendants are made to order. Plan on 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
